PocketHQ does not track you, collect personal information, or send anything off your device. Everything you document — photos, GPS locations, notes, reports — stays on your iPhone. Always.
PocketHQ collects no personal data. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any identifying information. There is no account to create.
All content you create in the app — markers, photos, field notes, zone drawings, PDF reports — is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. It is never transmitted to any server.
PocketHQ requests access to your device's GPS so it can stamp photo markers with their precise location. This location data is used only within the app and never leaves your device. We do not store, transmit, or share your location with anyone — including ourselves.
PocketHQ requests camera access to capture photo markers. It may also request photo library access to let you attach existing photos to markers. Photos are stored only on your device and are never uploaded or shared without your explicit action (such as exporting a PDF report via the iOS share sheet).
None. PocketHQ contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising frameworks, no crash reporting services, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We have no visibility into how you use the app.
PocketHQ uses Apple Maps satellite imagery to display your property map. This is provided by Apple and subject to Apple's own privacy policy. No other third-party services are used within the app.
We share nothing with no one, because we have nothing to share. Your data never reaches us in the first place.
You can export a full archive of your property data at any time using the Export Archive feature. You can delete individual markers, zones, or entire properties from within the app. Deleting the app removes all associated data from your device permanently.
